Looking for cheap casual accommodation in Melbourne?

Medley Hall has inexpensive casual accommodation available for academics, students and conference groups during the university breaks.

We are conveniently located within walking distance of the University of Melbourne, The Exhibition Gardens, Lygon Street, Museum and CBD. Public Transport is also a short 5 minute walk from Medley.

Accommodation is priced from $45 per night (with a minimum of three nights). Rooms are very basic, each with a single bed, desk and wardrobe. All linen is provided and there are laundries and kitchens with oven, microwave, refrigerator, kettle and toaster on each floor as well as a number of shared bathroom and toilet facilities.

Medley Hall can also service small conference groups, cocktail party's or functions during the university semester breaks. Please visit our functions and conferences page.

Please note that there is no internet facilities for guests at Medley Hall but there are numerous internet cafes within a 5 minutes walk from Medley.

• 3 January to 22 February 2008
• 30 June to 25 July 2008
• 1 December to 22 December 2008

Daily rates (including GST):

• Single room $45.00
• Double room $70.00

Meals (including GST):

• Continental breakfast $7.00
• Cooked breakfast $10.00
• Dinner $15.00

Meals need to be pre-booked and are available only to groups of more than 15 people.

All prices are in Australian dollars.
