Food

Our Chef, Peter Ng from Singapore, prepares delicious, healthy meals daily from the best and freshest ingredients. He is assisted by his wife Josephine.

Pete and Josie take pride in ensuring that you will never go hungry. Their menus are inventive and provide food to suit all tastes and dietary requirements.

All meals are provided during semester and are served in the Dining Hall.

An important aim of our sustainable learning community, is to achieve a more ethical approach to eating. The meals offered at Medley Hall are sourced, where possible, from farmers who employ environmentally-friendly and free-range practices.

While vegetarian and meat options are available, once a week there is a vegetarian-only meal. Residents are offered the choice of two substantial vegetarian dishes.

Our Chef is passionate about providing good food and he is keen to expand his repertoire of dishes, particularly those from international cuisines. Medley Hall students are encouraged to bring recipes from home.
